For areas outside of those listed above, cost is dependent on your location and the size of your order. Please be aware that shipping is calculated according to zones defined by our courier partners, which may result in some areas considered as metropolitan areas by other postal services being regarded as regional for shipping purposes by Petology. You are always displayed the shipping cost before finalising your purchase on the checkout page. As you add items to your cart, the shipping costs will change to reflect the weight of the pet products being added. Your final shipping cost will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment.
We endeavor to dispatch orders as quick as possible and common in-stock orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. However, less commonly purchased items may take between 2 and 5 business days to dispatch from our warehouse as they may not be stored in our warehouse full time. We will notify you of any major delays in the dispatch process.

Postage times may differ (and sometimes double) during peak periods such as Christmas and New Years. Postage times do not include public holidays. Please be aware of any state specific public holidays at around the time your order is placed as these may delay delivery.
All our goods are shipped via our trusted courier partners, and not Australia Post, so unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Failure to supply us with a non PO Box address will cause delays in the dispatch process.
We recognise that it is not always possible for you to be home to accept a delivery, if this is the case you're welcome to have your order sent to your work address.
Alternatively you can opt for authority to leave. This means that the delivery driver will leave your parcel at a location of your choosing (for example: leave near the front door away from view of the street). We have many customers who make use of this service. However, in the event you opt for authority to leave and the item is taken or removed from your address, Petology nor the delivery company are responsible for this and will not cover any loss occurred with using this service. Please be aware of this before opting for authority to leave.

We ship with a variety of couriers to ensure fastest possible delivery to your home or workplace. All orders are dispatched from Petology with a tracking number that will show you how your delivery is progressing. However, it is vital that you check which courier is delivering your order so you can track it correctly. You can check your tracking number by logging into your account or navigating to the 'Your Orders' page which is located below. If you have the tracking number available, then insert it into the form below to track your parcel.
